A custom, hand-engraved monogram disc is married beautifully with a family heirloom. The wedding band encircling the gold disc belonged to the client's father, and the monogram initials are those of her mother.
The back of the custom 14K yellow gold disc and ring charm features a 14K white gold cut-out date. This white gold piece was originally part of the client's mother's high school ring. It was carefully removed from the non-wearable ring and soldered to the center of the gold disc’s back. The client’s high school name is hand-engraved around the date.
This 14K yellow gold 1" disc is beautifully hand engraved with a classic script monogram.
This 14K yellow gold 1" disc is hand engraved in Roman style font with three sets of initials belonging to the client's husband, daughter, and son. “With Love” is hand engraved in Classic Script style font at center.
This wedding band is handmade from 14K yellow gold measuring 2.5mm in width with a half dome top and comfort fit style. The inside of the ring is hand engraved with a special message for the client's soon to be wife.
These sterling silver oval cufflinks were custom made for a client to give to her husband on their wedding day. The Arabic symbol for love was hand engraved on each cufflink.
Originally an old-fashioned (and unworn) pin, this 14K white gold pearl and diamond piece was remodeled into a much more wearable pendant necklace.
The original pin, pictured at left, was cleaned and rhodium-plated to provide the piece with a refreshed, brighter look. The pin back was removed and a small bar was added to the back so that the client can wear different chains with the new pendant.
This triple strand pearl necklace with 14K white gold diamond clasp was a jewelry piece inherited by the client. The entire necklace was lengthened and the clasp altered.
Over 40 pearls were matched and added to the necklace while taking care to keep the strands graduated and nested. White gold beads were added to the clasp to make it easier to use, and the clasp was cleaned and rhodium plated, bringing it back to its original splendor.
With a difficult-to-use clasp and a very short length, the original necklace (pictured at top) was not able to be worn. With the adjusted clasp and longer length, the necklace is now a wardrobe staple.
These stunning 14K white gold diamond and opal earrings were originally two rings (one belonged to the client's mother-in-law and the other was a gift, made to match).
Now transformed, the earrings are a very wearable statement piece. Posts and French clips were added to the once ring tops so that the earrings sit properly and comfortably on the ear.
What was once two unworn rings is now a pair of showstopping earrings that both the client and her two daughters wear and share.
